By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
1. General
1.1 Hufra Naturals is an e-commerce platform selling natural and organic powder products including but not limited to Jamun Seed Powder, Moringa Powder, Amla Powder, Dry Ginger Powder, and Beetroot Powder.
1.2 By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Products & Pricing
2.1 All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2.2 We make every effort to display product colors, packaging, and details as accurately as possible; however, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.
2.3 All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
2.4 In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
3.2 We accept payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD, on select pin codes).
3.3 Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (or COD confirmation, where applicable).
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or unavailability of stock.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
4.2 Delivery timelines mentioned on the Site are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Free shipping is applicable on orders of ₹699 and above. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹699.
4.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we accept returns only in cases of:
- Damaged or defective products received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product tampering
5.2 Requests for returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing photos/video as evidence.
5.3 Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
5.4 Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be honored.
6. Product Usage & Health Disclaimer
6.1 Our products are natural food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
6.2 Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under medication, or have a pre-existing medical condition.
6.3 Individual results may vary from person to person.
6.4 Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if any adverse reaction occurs.

9.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra.
