Q1. Are Hufra Naturals products 100% natural? Yes. All our powders are made from 100% natural ingredients with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives added.
Q2. What is the shelf life of your products? Our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Q3. How should I store the powder after opening? Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Avoid moisture contact and always use a dry spoon while scooping.
Q4. Are your products lab tested? We follow strict quality checks during sourcing, processing, and packaging. Our FSSAI license is currently under process, and we’re committed to full compliance and transparency as we grow.
Q5. Do your products contain any added sugar or chemicals? No, our powders are 100% pure with no added sugar, chemicals, or fillers.
Orders & Payments
Q6. What payment methods do you accept? We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q7. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes, COD is available on select pin codes. This will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Q8. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be modified or cancelled only before they are shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@hufranaturals.com or +91 8652437115 for any changes.
Shipping & Delivery
Q9. How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 2–5 business days (metro cities) or 4–7 business days (non-metro areas) after dispatch.
Q10. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of ₹699 and above. A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹699.
Q11. Do you ship pan-India? Yes, we currently ship across India.
Q12. How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
Q13. What is your return policy? We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered, within 48 hours of delivery (with unboxing photos/video). Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
Q14. How long does a refund take to process? Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Q15. How do I use these powders? Each product’s usage instructions are mentioned on the packaging and product page — typically mixed with water, milk, smoothies, or as advised.
