1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment verification. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders of ₹699 and above
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies on orders below ₹699

6. Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control (courier issues, natural events, regional restrictions, etc.). We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the damaged product and packaging, so we can assist you promptly.
